I went 2 weeks ago to shorten a chain and they charged me $5. 5 days ago I took two more chains for the same cut. Now it was $15 each!! I complained and the guy said now it was more difficult. Exactly the same chains, same job. Amazing!

Wanted a bike to bang around on trails in the Everglades. Found the perfect one here. Salesman was very helpful. Greeted me as I came in, asked if I needed help. I told him I was browsing so he left me alone. Found a bike I liked and told him I wanted to buy it. He said he thought it was too big for me and that I would need the next size down, which he would need to assemble. Said it would be two hours. I said ok, paid and gave him my phone number. He called within the hour and said it was ready. Overall, a very pleasant and hassle-free experience. I would definitely recommend this place!

First off, I don't understand some of these negative reviews. I have been in this bike shop several times, either to purchase a bike or get repairs done. I have NEVER had a negative experience. I've dealt with Leo and the older gentleman and have always been treated professionally. I was just in today for repairs and to have grips installed. I told Leo that my son had fell off the bike and it wasn't shifting right. Pretty sure that he bent something. When I picked it up, he told me that he bent the mechanism that shifts. When I got the bill, it was just for the grips. He didn't charge me for the repair. That's how you get repeat customers
