I've lived here for about three years and it's been a mostly pleasant experience. I'm specifically writing about my experience with their maintenance man, Wallace. I've had plumbing issues for a while now and he was dispatched to fix my kitchen and bathroom sinks. He went above and beyond to help me with the issue and was pleasant the entire time. My bathroom sink was clogged shut with calcium and sediment and he worked on it for an hour until it was clear and then went and got a new nozzle for my washing machine when he didn't have to. He stayed until well after closing to complete his tasks. I'd also like to thank Yvetta (pardon my spelling) for helping me so promptly when I called about my repairs. Everybody was just very kind and helpful.

I'm not sure what your standards are but if you give this place a 300 then that speaks volumes. I'm not sure how being ghetto, and giving out incorrect information about accounts, and not taking responsibility for these actions is a 100 percent.

Don’t move here management is terrible. They let people get away with any and everything it’s not worth the money when management can’t do anything for you if you have a issue They just want to talk all the time without action.. 1500 a month is not worth it trust me. Looking to get from around here when my lease is up.
