Wisconsin Place Apartments

We have lived at Wisconsin Place for a short amount of time, but we have loved it so far! Khaliq in the leasing office is SO helpful and kind. We were discouraged by many other apartments in the DMV area due to their rude staff and dishonest approaches- but Khaliq and the other staff have been kind and honest since the beginning of our search process. The area is great! There is a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby, with the big plus of a metro stop being right around the corner. There is also a lot of green space with benches scattered around the neighborhood when you want to spend some time outside.

We have had an excellence experience with Wisconsin Place Apartments. We worked with Khaliq from leasing. He was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and honest from day one. We were actually running late for our tour and he kindly stayed late and even made sure we had a parking spot when we arrived. This building is not necessarily new, however, our experience was so pleasant with Khaliq and all the building staff that we know we would move-in after our tour. With the current climate of the housing market we had had very poor experience with leasing teams at other apartments, however, we were pleasantly surprised when we found this apartment. We have lived at Wisconsin Place for 2 weeks now and have been pleased with the experience.

Wisconsin Place is the best place to live! The staff is always so helpful, all of them. From Khaliq who helped us find the perfect apartment, (twice!), to Johnny B at the front desk, to Evie in maintenance, and of course the building manager, Tyler,. The building is very dog friendly, a must for us. We have met the nicest people here. The location is perfect. Whole Foods right next door, Amazon Fresh a block away, and wonderful restaurants and shopping all right here. 10 stars!

The team at Wisconsin Place are friendly, warm, and helpful. They have made our move-in and living experience amazing. The front desk staff and maintenance crew have been attentive and kind. Best place I have lived so far. Not to mention the location is close to everything.
