The worst car insurance company that I have ever come across. geico told me repeatedly via a claims supervisor that they do not reimburse rental car costs for days that a car repair shop is closed while repairing your car. Have never heard of such a thing. They dehumanize customers and will use any excuse to shortchange the customer even if it doesn’t make sense

As a customer of 13 years I finally got rid of my policy as they just shuffle you around and no one can provide help. They are beyond horrible. I will write a separate review on my son’s policy as he is in the middle of a claim and it is a nightmare! Run from this no-customer service horrible company. We make on time payments but when time comes you need them they don’t give a c…!
