Been working with Capital city nurse since 2017 and trust me I love it .The fact that they let you choose your own hour to work with and to accommodate your own time .I totally recommend this Agency

Capital city nurses is completely unreliable for care. Multiple no-shows every week, and no plan or effort to fix a very broken scheduling system. They have one major job: to provide care. When the fail to do that (about 16 times over 4 weeks), I’m not sure what they are doing. Extremely frustrated constantly dealing with a company that makes no effort to ensure aides show up.

I wish I could give negative stars. We engaged them to care for my dad, and while they were great upfront (during the "sales" process), the service quickly deteriorated. They gave us one of their star caregivers at the beginning and we were hopeful - but it soon became clear that they use this one woman to make you feel good about their company, and then they slowly phase her out and start assigning you the bad ones. Amongst the numerous complaints I have, the worst are: + We found our caregiver sleeping on the job (during the day) + One of the caregivers laid on the couch watching youtube on her phone the entire shift (with headphones on) + A caregiver showed up sick to her shift (my dad is immunocompromised) + A caregiver did not show up at all + 2 caregivers showed up for the same shift Complete chaos and poor service, all for $33/hour! They promised to make this difficult time easier for my mom, but really they just added stress.

I read about Capital City Nurses few years ago just hoping I will never need their services. At that time, I only inquired about; I liked what I heard, then, just few days ago, I had an emergency surgery and needed Capital City Nurses, they provide what they advertise., professional and kind care.
