I think these appartments that congratulate people then a hired law office can give denial to a application when they should know the criteria to rent their appartments when if your credit score is 595 and they require 650 why have someone give up $75 to be denied theres so many of them using other companies to give their option so many are hiring companies to do this but they all have their lending done somewhere else and taking the application fee because they're none refundable

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I spent HUNDREDS of dollars having professionals clean my unit after I moved out and these scammers STILL took my entire deposit. They made up charges so that the final total came to $0 including charges from the month AFTER my lease was up. I was repeatedly charged for a second parking space when I only had one car. Not to mention the awful people they had moving in there. I dealt with nonstop banging and loud music for months and nothing was done after filing several complaints. I dealt with serious rodent issues and people smoking various substances and it coming through the vents. The hot water heater above me burst and my unit was unlivable for WEEKS and instead of moving me or offering me a hotel room, they told me I could go to a hotel on my own dime and the insurance MIGHT reimburse me. I loved living here at first, but it progressively got worse toward the end. Moving out was one of my best decisions ever.

If you don't like receiving your own packages (even when you pay for a mailroom keyfob) and having maintenance tell you to super glue everything as their sole remedy. Manager Tracy Jones is a joke and one of the rudest people my husband and I have ever encountered - and we both work in customer service. O office hours
