Very bad apart from the fact that the water got in, I did not want to pay them rent while they were not going to fix the problem and rather they sent me to court, I advise them not to go to live there as a joke, the maintenance does not work, they only know how to collect the rent It matters how one is living regretting living there

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Everything breaks, I've had my AC break twice my dishwasher broke three times. The ceiling in my bathroom fell the whole entire ceiling and it took them a month to come out and fix it. When I was moving, staff members came into my apartment and stole my possessions and then when I brought it up to the manager she did not care one bit that things were stolen from me

No but they renovated all the apartments. They have washer and dryers in every apartment, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher and a microwave. They have a clubhouse which have a pool table, fitness center(gym) downstairs and a nice size pool.
Its still under construction. By the looks of it, it wont open this year
We do have a pool here. Its currently under construction to be fixed but should be opening soon. You will receive a pass once you move in. You do not need to pay for the pool
