Rayus, I wish I could give you 0 stars. My experience with technician named Calvin I believe is the most rudest person and the other technician that was actually doing my MRI was also not pleasant. I have small veins and I believe my technician name was Peter called Calvin. He jabbed me with a big needle and my wrist swelled up. I have clearly told both technicians that I have small veins. They tried to blame me for their frustration of not knowing what to do my small veins. They picked me everywhere. On top of me being stressed about my exam, Calvin kept yelling at me. When I left and got home in tears. The other technician called me to ask me the order back because he needed to scan in. He could just go to the front desk and ask the where my order was. Or he could have checked the system. I had to drive back to give him the order and the lady at the front desk said they have my order. I left the place puzzled and heartbroken. The technicians blamed me for my bad veins. On top of it, they were rude and do not know how to treat individuals already dealing with health issues on their own. I spoke with Walter the lead technician this morning and he was nice and re-did my MRI with contrast after I cried and showed my swollen hands. Once I get my report, I will never see me at RAYUS again or they actually train their technicians on how to deal with people. It is basic humanity they are lucking.

I was provided an appointment a week ago for an MRI at Woodbridge’s location . A person who claims to have called to verify information informed me that I should go to Arlington or Fairfax location in order to get the scheduled MRI even though my appointment was to have the procedure at Woodbridge’s location. The person didn’t care about the change and didn’t bother to explain the reason! Unprofessional staff!

I wish I could give them no stars, but the system makes you give at least 1 star. I had the most horrible experience from the technician to the overall manager. The technician was hostile, unprofessional, discourteous, and rude. The manager, who could have made the situation better, failed to treat me like a valued customer and she was extremely flippant, sarcastic, uncaring, and unprofessional. The manager admitted that they screwed up, but immediately marginalized it by basically saying so what, it does not matter, so let’s move forward, etc. It was clear that she could care less. You should avoid this place like the plagued. I will not patronize a place for healthcare that cannot treat its customers properly especially when I have other options. My doctor referred us to this place because they were closer than Fairfax Radiology where they normally refer patients, but I will let my doctor know about this horrific experience so they do not refer any other patients to a place like this. I will go to Fairfax Radiology next time. I was trying Rayus for the first time. Big mistake.
