Terrible customer and not reliable!! They weresupposed to look at a broken window on Monday, it's now Thursday....no site visit.....a business still has an unsecured/broken window.!! No returning of calls and no urgency from the office personnel

Horrible response and no sense of urgency. I've called them three times. First time they said someone was coming out,,,two weeks later I followed up and they said they would send someone else out. No one came or called. Called a third time and received a date a time but ended up a no show. Don't put yourself what I've been through. I found others who actually want my business.

Questions & Answers

The safety glass in my front door has shattered. It is not a high dollar door. If I bring door to shop can Evans replace broken glass?

David, We can fix it here in the shop, but it will take about a week to turn around the glass because it is tempered glass. If you don't need the door, we can keep it here in the shop and glaze it with the new glass when it's ready. Alternatively, you can bring the door in, we can get the size, and you can take the door back home until we call and let you know the glass is ready. Lastly, if you know the size of the glass, you can call it in over the phone and we can let you know when it's ready to be brought in and repaired.

I bought several thousands of dollars worth of windows from you...Some are failing...One has gotten sheet rock dust in between the 2 panes...Others have white streaks up the centers and across the centers as well..What will you do for me???

You will have to call Evans. They will pull your original work order, to see if there is a warranty or what can be done to correct any problems on their behalf.... 615 -361-8788
