While moving in AJ, Kreshawna, and Jonathan went above and beyond to make it as easy and welcoming as possible. Our stay here has been great, whenever we submit a maintenance request it gets taken care of the next day. It's a safe community near the heart of Portland.

I love this place! The management team is amazing, and the maintenance staff is extremely quick and helpful. Living so close to the river, and being able to take walks with my dog every day by the water, is a great perk to living here. There's a really cute local coffee shop that I visit every day, which has a great Chai latte. The neighborhood bars that are right within walking distance have great food. My townhome is also very spacious, and since it has a garage, so I don't have to stress about parking. Since moving to Portland from Denver Colorado, I've found it very welcoming here, and the staff at the Douglas has made my transition to a new city really seamless. Jonathan is a great property manager, and he quickly solves any issues that I have. Highly recommend this community!

As you all know. I am a sailor. Have been my whole life. These Waterfront Apartments in Portland have a great view of the Willamette River. I sailed from Irrigon, OR down the Columbia last year and decided to visit my retired buddy at the Douglas since the marina was so close. The sports bar downstairs had a great burger and beer. I even managed to get a sip of rum that didn't taste half bad. Cool complex.

I lived at The Douglas for two years and LOVED it! Joe, Carmen and Chrissy were extremely helpful and personable. I was surprised at how quiet it was. I only had a couple maintenance issues but they were always taken care of quickly. And the maintenance people were also friendly. There were a couple issues with the parking garage door and fire alarm that took some time to fix but that is really the only negative I could think of. I would highly recommend it to friends and I actually did. He moved in and also loves it. I would move there again in a heartbeat!
