In less than a year I am unable to count how many times that there have been major building wide plumbing issues. Working from home and going 9 hours without running water at all on many occasions has grown tiresome and annoying to say the least.

This is not the place to live if you need any sort of in apartment storage. There is a one door linen closet with shelves and a normal closet in the bedroom. Nothing else. The area beside the washer and dryer does not lend itself to storing much of anything. I wish I’d have thought this through before renting the place. Also, the parking garage is laid out in such a manner that you cannot easily get out of a space if you park with the front end facing inwards. But it’s difficult to maneuver your car into a spot with the front facing outwards. It’s a no win situation in getting in or out easily.

I have lived here for 3 years. Really love here. Luxury home with very nice and safe neighborhood, walking distance to get foods and take street car. Staffs here are nice and responsive, answering my questions quickly. The best thing is the maintenance, it usually take just 1-2 days to solve my problem. I left because of my new job, but if I could stay in Portland I would definitely choose to live here.

I have been living here for almost a year. It's been a great place to live. The one thing I like the most is how quiet it is inside my apartment. This place is well built. Even with the close proximity to the Interstate and the streetcar going right by I can barely hear it through the double paned windows. That also helps with heating and cooling as I have rarely needed to run either. I've also had absolutely zero maintenance problems. The underground parking is a real bonus too. The rent can seem pricey but you get what you pay for here. No regrets.
