My mailbox was broken into and reported. It has been three months. I called someone did answer but said they did not realized it was broken into.
Catch the mail person. That's what I did. However you can file complaint with. USPS office of inspector general online. That tends to get their attention. Type Postmaster General complaint department into your search engine.
That is a very good question. The only way i can think of is to go in and Wait in line.... Probably multiple times
