With nearly no funding and old technology the USPS is a fantastic organization. The people who work for the USPS are mostly incredible at moving the countries packages and docs from sea to sea and in between. So helpful at my local post office in 98687 and trying to overcome the million hurdles we place of the system.

My experiences here have always been positive. There’s always supplies ready to get your items boxed up if you need to, and even when there are lines I’ve always been treated with kindness and respect. I appreciate this location and the USPS employees helping us deliver our mail.

The friendliness of the staff that people here report has its drawbacks. Once there were about 8-10 people waiting in line and one clerk was just BS'ing with a customer. I applaud the fact that their clerks want to be friendly with customers but some customers just want to talk on and on. The clerk should politely cut the person off and take care of the next customer waiting in line. When there's just a couple of customers and more than one clerk, BS all you want. There's a time and place for everything.

We went to ship quite a few large packages internationally. We were not familiar with the process, but Cindy gave us very succinct and clear instructions on what to do. It was very reassuring. She was very kind and helpful, and she worked so incredibly efficiently and finished processing all of our packages in almost no time. We were both very impressed. It was overall a much more pleasant experience than we had anticipated. I've had quite a few really good experiences with different USPS offices before, but this time is the best one so far.
