The ER violates the No Surprises Care Act willingly and knowingly. The billing department is also complicit and refuses to follow federal law. They want to over charge 10x for subpar medical care and refuse to negotiate or work with patients, even when they have top insurance. No NOT GO HERE, go to Roanoke if you have a true emergency. Never going back here I’d rather catch COVID

They dont care about anyone there. The worst experience ive ever had at a hospital all staff was rude and actted like we was a burden i was just concerned about my wife but they was not. Just go to Eden

They treated me very professional and friendly staff, everyone went out of their way to make me feel I was getting the best care possible.

The state takes care of un-insured mental patients!!!
You have to get a referral from your doctor. Have the doctor sent it over there then you can call them or wait for them to call you for an appointment either way.
Call hospital administrator make a report. If you don't this will happen again

I was at the hospital in 1952, but it was located on Starling Ave. and my birth certificate reads,- Martinsville hospital! Before that it was on Church St., And was Shackleford Hosp.!
I'm not sure but I would call your Dr first.

The OR and PACU are on 2nd floor. Those that have to stay in the hospital afterward are mainly put on 4th floor.
Call the hospital and ask for a nurse
