I ordered glasses and Walmart customer service in the vision center is usually good. But I tried to call them to see if my glasses were in today. Their phones were done. Had to drive all thw way there then had to go through the COVID protocol. Then the Manager Scott copped an ATTITUDE because I questioned why both pair of glasses were not there. He stated " That is a suggested time not when they actually be here." Why on GOD'S green earth would they say they would be after making me pay in advance for their service? Really they need better help.😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

Bad experience with walmart eyecare center purchased prescription lens there with glare protection did not have protection took them back the man was very rude to tell me there was glare protection I wear the glasses and it was not he stated there was nothing he could do my first time using them and the LAST!!!!!

Not last time i asked. That was last year though
The vision centers drs do prescriptions with an appointment. Most locally were booked up pretty far out, so I would call ahead. The glasses center fills the prescription, took a week to get the new glasses in.
You have to make an appointment but sometimes you can get in if someone has cancelled and you can pick out your glasses but they have to send them off takes about a week or two
