I worked with Casey Sanders on a modification, and my OP is a particularly challenging individual. Casey helped keep my case focused, was mindful of billing and time, and litigated my case better than I could have hoped. I cannot provide enough recommendations for his thoughtful and careful representation. You will be in good hands!

Attorney Teresa L. Foster and her team handled my divorce mediation (my second one) beautifully and professionally. The outcome was fair for both parties. I would highly recommend her. My ex had a tough attorney, but in the end, Teresa worked hard on every detail to make sure that my interests were understood and the outcome was reasonable for both sides. She has integrity and she was fun to work with, even with such a stressful situation. I also felt that it was a strong collaboration between the two of us.

I felt that Rory Flay of McKinley Irvin was out to hurt me as much as my now ex-husband was. He attempted to get me to agree to submitted child support worksheets that contained elementary math errors, such as increasing my income with the child support amount in the spousal support column. There was an instance where his appraiser did not show when scheduled (at the last minute) and Mr. Flay attempted to falsely twist words so that in an email to my counsel it appeared that I was the one who was not available. Mr. Flay even attempted to readjust the temporary child support amount for final settlement reflecting my ex’s “new job” at minimum wage, rather than his normal $90,000 per year job that he’s been working at for over 22 years. It usually took many attempts to get Mr. Flay to respond to my counsel's enquiries, ultimately dragging a somewhat simple divorce out over a year and increasing the cost. I felt that my son and I were in danger with this guy on the opposite side of the table.

Retained for contentious and lengthy divorce proceeding. Worked with two attorneys, both of which treated me with respect, listened carefully to my concerns, provided realistic feedback, and then correctly executed my direction. Paralegal staff top-notch, especially Ms. CJE who always promptly handled the details with expertise, candor, and kindness. If the need arose, I would definitely retain again. Recommended.
