The bosses and managers of this store could literally not care less about the people who work for them. They have no problem leaving one or two employees to fend for themselves all night while they take time off and/or leave early. The store itself is alright and they do have some good workers but this place will probably be shut down before too long because everyone is quitting due to the horrid management. I feel truly bad for the one or two associates who actually try to be good other job because you're definitely not given the tools to succeed at this store.

I have been going to this Albertson's since the 90s. It is a bit nostalgic for me but, the staff is really the draw. Great people who are always willing to help.

Not sure how they are still in business, but hey its a fine store. The prices are high, so I typically don't go there. But when I do, I always find what I was looking for. Customer service is fine.

First, I’ll say that this place has gone downhill since I started. I’ve worked for this store since the middle of 2020, and I remember being trained very thoroughly when I first started. I enjoyed my time here up until the environment became more toxic, and the management became unbearable. There are many things to call out. The training for new hires upfront is quick and lazy, which causes more problems when you find out that they weren’t taught what they were supposed to know. The managers can be very rude, and make snarky remarks when you ask a genuine question, or if you’ve made small mistakes. This place is also very unprofessional when it comes to flexible scheduling, you have to ask managers multiple times until they actually remember to fix your schedule, and if they mess up, they get mad at you. There is also a huge lack of team support and empathy for the employees. This place has a very high turnover rate due to the fact that they work you hard, but treat you like garbage. Over the 18 months I’ve worked here, I’ve seen over 25+ courtesy clerks and checkers quit the job due to the toxicity of the management and workplace environment. The store director is also shady, and seems to have no sense of compassion. There were days when I was overworked, and felt awful. When I went and spoke to my boss about the matter at hand, they told me that I could “put my two weeks in and find happiness elsewhere”- when all needed was some motivation and advice. And no, this post isn’t about some “employee revenge”. I wrote this to warn others who want to apply upfront at this store. Please avoid it. Apply anywhere else if you have self respect.
