Good friendly service. A larger inventory of good used cars and trucks. McCords had more trucks than the dealers down the street. We got straight up front pricing with sales rep. Skyler Peragine. The whole team there was amazing and super helpful. Rebecca found me a car better spec than the one I ordered and it was 3-4 months ahead of the projected delivery date of the rav 4 hybrid I ordered. Anna handled the actual sale day of delivery. She was so friendly and welcoming. Definitely made me feel at home and worked her hardest to make sure the experience was the best it could be for me. Definitely not your typical car saleswoman. Personally I am super impressed with the whole team there and will definitely be referring friends and family. Pain free car buying experience. They just earned a customer for as long as I buy Toyota.

Bobby was the best!!!! I told him my wants and my needs, and he brought me my new car! He truly listened to me and that is rare to find in a car salesman. I only had to see one car, and it was quick and painless. This was the 3rd dealership I went to. The first had low inventory, the second the guy showed me stuff that was not my style. For now on all my vehicles will be bought from Vancouver Toyota.

Skyler Peragine was very straight forward exactly the way people should be treated. He was very helpful from the time we first started looking at new/used vehicles to nearly a month later when we committed to purchasing. He was able to find a vehicle not only in my budget but one I really liked as well. He was able to find me my new Toyota that has all the bells and whistles I needed without all of the unnecessary accessories that add up. Great job! Thanks Skyler and Greg in finance.

All staff wear masks, all customers wear masks, 6 foot distancing, keys are individual bagged, sanitize each service vehicle with a fogger, that lasts up to 5 days. All area's are sanitized in work area's as well as customer area's. We are following all Covid guidelines as a business.

They haven't made Supra for a long time not sure why it was one of their best cars. You won't find any new ones in inventory maybe used, but used cars is mixed make. Toyota technician
