Why does it take 2+hours to mount a single tire when i can do it in the back woods in 30 minutes without access to a lift or air tools? Curious as i sit in your lobby waiting....

Because according to their guest retention person, they only have 1 balance machine. Hoping to get more soon is what she said. I sat there from 9am as scheduled, till 12:30pm for a tire I rotation and balance, oil change, and general steering inspection issues I was having 10 months later after purchase. A Tundra TRD not taken off road doesn't have problems on its own... Since I bought the truck from them with a shimmy in the wheel, and was promised a 1 year maintenance deal I didn't think I was going to be made to feel guilty after 10 months and 10k miles for my first oil change with them, especially when I did my very first oil change done out of pocket somewhere else (Jiffy Lube, took 25 minutes). They barely fixed their problem of balancing the tires as I still feel it occasionally. Just won't go back ever. Can't believe I put my reputation on the line with my boss and he actually bought a car there! Hope he doesn't have the same problems I did! And I was 2k loballed on my tradein!

Pretty sure appointments don't matter. I've waited that long even with appointments. I guess it depends on how many people are there.

Depends if you have a appointment. Usually when you do have a appointment, it is within an hour or less! Take into account how many other clients with appointments or walk in clients that are in for service.
