Waited about an hour for a small cheese pizza and a chicken parm sub. Originally 4 people working when order was placed, one disappeared. Decided to ask where our food was. It was sitting on top of the pizza oven. I would understand if the place was packed but we were the only people just sitting there as they argued about another that got messed up.

Staff was friendly. Their menu was very easy to read. I was disappointed with the subs we ordered. We ordered a large and a small. Both were under filled meat wise. $8.75 for a small that was a bit pricey for what we received. A dollar less for both subs would have been more appropriate for there size and fillings.

We went in to Upper Crust Pizzeria for dinner last night and I have to say I was really pleased with our service from the moment we walked in to the restaurant. We weren’t sure what we wanted to order right away and the girl who was there was friendly and stated to take our time and let her know when we were ready, with it being busy she was very pleasant not rushing us at all. I was also very impressed with how the manager interacted with his employees and his customers in the restaurant! He was checking on his employees to see if they needed anything and also came up to our table, checked on how our food was and if we needed anything additional. It was great going into a restaurant and seeing this support towards their staff and customer service. To top it off our food was delicious. I suggest anyone who hasn’t yet to definitely try it out. The food and service here is great!
