They got my last one start review removed somehow. All I can say is they ruined 3 years of my life and potential buyers need to know the truth. Buy ANYWHERE but here. Read all the one starts. They are the only real reviews.. if you doubt it call champion home builders and ask if Camelot should sell their homes.

I would say if you own the land ...ask your town inspector for the complaint footage from front,back and sides Never had a home on the lot need to find out water and sewer and power lines
