I had a great experience at David's Bridal. I needed a long, formal dress to wear to a wedding. It was not easy for me to find something that I liked and was flattering on me. Greyson, Amber, and Julia worked hard to help me find the right dress. I was at the store for quite some time and tried on a number of dresses. They never lost their enthusiasm in helping me find the right dress. They were very patient, kind, friendly, and understanding. Thank you all so much for helping me. I truly appreciate it!

Went there on a Sunday and had an appointment. Didn’t get one person to acknowledge us unless we asked them to. I then looked at flower girls dress, went to order a flower girl dress and was told to order online which I did right after, I got an email two days later saying there will be a delay in the flower girl dress because it was a custom order. It was not a custom order it was just a flower girl dress that was in ivory which was what all the dress at the store was. Dress was expected to arrive after the wedding. Which should I mention was 102 days away. Over 3 months away and all I ordered was a flower girl dress. I didn’t have a good experience at the store or the online customer service either, they kept wanting me to use text messages to communicate and when doing so took them over 24 hours to respond. I was able to call them to cancel the order but over all horrible service. I would not recommend them. Dresses are cheap and feel like a Halloween costume. I’ll give them that their mother of the bride dresses were nice but not enough in every size or enough in different colors. Over all not a place to shop for anything wedding related.

The ladies at South Portland Davids Bridal were very welcoming, supportive, and easy to work with. What started out as a bridesmaid fitting, turned into looking for my own wedding dress. Lizzie was very helpful finding my size, Jenna shared her wisdom and helped me look outside of my comfort zone, and Abigail helped me add towards my wishlist. I had a great experience and can’t wait to bring my family in for the final decision. Thank you again for making this process less overwhelming. I’ll definitely be back!

Came to find my Wedding Dress with my mom am my daughter(my bridesmaid) for my big day! We had a fun time and great experience! The woman working with us was amazing! Found me the perfect dress, rose gold belt and A Beautiful Vale! Thanks so much for helping make my big day so special!! Can't wait to put my down payment in 2-3 weeks!!!
