Very bad service. They never keep their word. I paid for tile and they not delivered on time. Stay back from them. They are so danger. They do one time business. I think no one go back again

After going to SOO many different places, i finally have arrived to this tile store. I should have went here from the beginning and not wasted my time at other tile places. Philla, the owner was AMAZING! He takes time to learn what you like and makes great suggestions. They made my experience completely stress FREE. Everyone is super friendly with a great sense of humor. Will definitely be suggesting this place hands down.

We had an amazing experience working with Woodhaven Tiles. We cannot thank Phil, Frank, Al and Daniela enough for all their help, patience, and courtesy. There customer service was truly exceptional and their prices were reasonable. They did everything possible to take care of us and deliver a beautiful product with excellent installation. I definitely would use them again and recommend them to friends and family. We went to the showroom at the recommendation of our contractor to look for countertop and backsplash ideas for our kitchen and bathroom renovations. The showroom is gorgeous - clean, spacious, and modern. The tile and stone selections are extensive and beautiful. Phil, Daniela and their staff were very helpful; they listened to our ideas and showed us a variety of possible options. We visited other stores but came back to Woodhaven Tiles several times before we decided on a beautiful quartz stone which we used for the kitchen countertop/backsplash and bathroom countertops. The initial installation of the kitchen backsplash however was flawed due to a miscalculation which was not Woodhaven Tiles fault. Nevertheless Frank agreed to replace the backsplash at no additional cost. He realized how special this project was to us and wanted to make sure that he delivered exceptional service. Al did an outstanding job in reinstalling the stone. The final results are amazing. The kitchen is beautiful highlighted by a stunning countertop and backsplash. The bathrooms are both elegant and modern. We could not be happier with the final results. Thank you Woodhaven Tiles for everything that you did!
