Basement had the sewage backed up and a pipe cracked so my entire basement was in ruines. Puroclean not only cleaned and sanitized the entire basement they did it with ease. They did a fantastic job and were great to work with especially during times of covid. I was very impressed with not only their work, but their price was either on par or better than their competition. I would recommend them to anyone needing their help.

Brad, Adam and team were great! They did an amazing job, we're very responsive to questions and were willing to provide any information that we requested during our project. Once everything was complete they ran the additional mold test that the buyers of our hose requested and they left the house as clean as it was when they began the job. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with mold issues that need remediation

We had a water leak at out home this winter. Brad and the PuroClean team were on site next day. Very fast response versus others I had called. immediately went into action dealing with the moisture, and ultimately, the repairs. Always prompt, good communication, and nice people. I would highly recommend PuroClean of Portland.

It depends on the material and how long it was wet. We can assess this for you during a visit. Move furniture to a dry area or put it on blocks so it can begin to self-dry as soon as possible.
While ozone is effective at addressing odor, it is important that you leave the structure and take many precautions while the ozone is being administered. We prefer to use a hydroxyl generator, a machine that creates hydroxyl molecules that attack odor molecules. The machine is safe, and our technicians and you can be in the structure while the machine is working. The process takes longer than ozone, but it is much less intrusive.
Depending on the situation, we have a variety of proven tactics we use to remove and remediate mold. If the mold is growing on a porous material (i.e., drywall), we will remove the material and treat the structure it was attached to (i.e., wood studs). Other tactics include cleaning with a solution that will remove the mold on the surface, and then bring the mold particles that are deeper in the material to the surface, where we can vacuum with our specialized equipment.
