I only gave this a place one star because I could not get a comment otherwise. I have been tossed about with this company for a year and a half trying to get shoulder surgery. Something they told me I needed. Then covert came but before covid I had an appointment for surgery and was ready to go but then got too late because of heart issues. Now they're telling me I can't have surgery unless I stopped smoking for 14 days and then be tested to make sure it's not in my system. What is going on I do believe that these surgeons just don't want to give their time and effort to the older population shame on you shame on you

To say I am grateful for this place is a complete understatement. Our 10yo daughter suffered a back injury in March that made walking and movement extremely painful. After 3 agonizing weeks of bed rest, imaging, and doctor appointments we were referred to physical therapist, Jared Buzzell. I wheeled her into PT on April 6th and we were warmly welcomed by all of the therapists, such a positive atmosphere. One therapist, Ryan Brown- great guy, could tell we were nervous and told us not to worry, and that their patients “limp in and leap out.” He wasn’t kidding. We got to spend two mornings a week with Jared and he changed my daughter’s life. Not only was he able to help her injury heal properly, he worked with her on proper form and movement, building her core strength, running, and even her softball swing! She moves like an athlete now and he also gave her the confidence she needed to truly BE one. She graduated today, and as happy as I am, I’m sad we won’t get to see them anymore.10/10 would recommend!!

They clearly couldn't care less about a patients condition or treating them properly. They don't send prescriptions to the correct pharmacy, wrong pharmacy is a 2hr 15 min drive from me, and when trying to get it corrected they tell you they can't write anymore prescriptions. As another has stated, they treat everyone like an addict. A one week prescription last 2-3 months for me and it is in my file that PT can not work with me without it and my condition is getting worse. Do not go to this facility for treatment. This is medical negligence at its finest. P.S. I am on a waiting list for pain management, which they told me I should go to. I received a letter stating that it will take 2+ months to be seen. It's like this pretty much everywhere. Thank you for the piss poor care.

I absolutely love this place and the care I have received there. I have a difficult time trusting care providers due to bad experiences. I do not have any issues with trusting the healthcare providers here. I feel that I am very much listened to and that my input is respected and valued. I see Dr. Quinn to manage my pain. She does a wonderful job empathizing and offering me options of treatment. This definitely makes me feel more secure in my treatment. She is terrific at reducing my pain and I always look forward to my visits.
