Why does No One Ever answer the phone when you call. I’m trying to find out where the mail man delivered my package to. It shows delivered, but I check my mail box there nothing. I even checked with my front office and nothing. This is Ridiculous

because they dont care.

I’ve been told by another USPS location that this one does not answer phones, ever. They really should take their phone number down if they’re not going to answer phones.

It's the government. Your expectations are too high.

This is a warehouse facility. I worked there before and they keep the phone ringing. The best option is to go up in person.

This happens to my packages all the time. Post office has an issue for sure. Have to go there today due to they don't answer their phones for some reason?? Get rid of it then

There are 2 facilities near hearthwood and one is a warehouse... they are about 4 blocks apart.. usually there is only one person working inside the location that I've been able to see.. and usually a few people waiting for package pickup inside.. and I have never been able to get anyone on the phone..
