Shuttle runs every 15 minutes and travels between the Sheraton/Hampton, the airport and the Cascades shopping and dining area.

Yes, its running all the time. This is the bedt place we've found to stay at the airport, we've tried Marriott (horrible), Aloft (pretty good) and the Hilton (ok).
