Super nice place. Friendly staff, complimentary breakfast buffet. For how big and nice this hotel is, the pool is TINY and they don't have a hot tub. But they have a gym? Make it make sense. We stayed in a studio with two queen sized beds and pull out couch. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was a decent size also.

Erik at the front desk was phenomenal. We scheduled our reservation on the wrong night and the staff was more than accommodating in helping us get things sorted (even gave us two free drinks at the bar). Kevin is a fantastic bartender, super nice and his cocktails are amazing! Get the old fashioned or the charlotte! The whole place smells so clean, the room is gorgeous. We won’t stay anywhere else when we visit the city.

Staff was extremely friendly! Unlike many other hotels, this place advertises continental breakfast and ACTUALLY has continental breakfast! Instead of leaving up the breakfast on their websites and then after u book they claim COVID is why they don't have breakfast rn. They don't false advertise like other places. Breakfast was alright. Maybe a pancake maker or waffle maker would create the perfect touch to their breakfast buffet? They have many side dish items but not a main item.. idk.. they have many options though.. even hot cooked foods. Their studio rooms are amazing! Full kitchenettes (no oven though). The rooms were clean and beautiful. The bathroom is spacious! Shower is huge. No bath. The shower wasn't really designed well. Only a half glass door/wall and the other half of the shower has no wall/door. So the water splashes out onto the bathroom floor. However, the showers were amazing! Loved the provided shampoo, body wash and conditioner. The common areas are gorgeous. Even have a BBQ outside for guests to BBQ if they want. Also have a bar and restaurant. The parking is on street parking. Or u can pay $47/night for valet to park your vehicle in their secure parking. Outrageous.. they should offer secure parking to all their guests. Overall, I give 4 stars.

The hotel is located in the Pearl District nearby several great restaurants, a grocery store, salons and spas. It is within walking distance to many Portland must sees. Staying in a studio suite for 2 months in 2021 and 2 months this year. It's spacious with a fridge, stove top, dishwasher and sink. Unfortunately, there isn't an oven, so I bought a toaster oven. The ongoing renovations have changed the carpet, couch and artwork in the rooms. The gym is sufficient for a full workout. The breakfast is adequate. There have been a few helpful attendants who have gone above and beyond to make the stay more pleasant.

Not sure you can google the area
Yes and Yes!
Yeah. Most of the action is about a mile away but I'd rather boycott Portland altogether untill they get their city back under control.
Hotel offers valet parking for $44 per day. There is also a parkade within a block from the hotel.
Planet Granite on 14th. I have not used it but used to do rock climbing and mountaineering. For what I have seen through the large window it is a state of the art facility.
They park in that same garage, just a different section. I've valeted cars with the hotel about 5 separate times and not had a problem.
Hello RJ! You absolutely can if it is available at the time of booking. It is 35,000 per night. Please let me know if I can be of any asssistance with booking a reservation for you! Warm Regards, Stephenie
The hotel has a valet service but there is also a paid overnight parking garage around the corner.
There are good restaurants within two blocks, but the breakfast buffet is quite good and usually included with your stay. If you need a late dinner, Carlito's is about two blocks away. If you have time, there are lots of great places to visit downtown for lunch and supper.
