Wonderful experience for a work trip! I would absolutely be back. My only sticking points were that the shower head really needed to come out farther, the water never really got hot (but it's a historic building), and there were no in house breakfast options. I believe their dining facility was closed the entirety of our stay. The staff was wonderful and so very friendly. They made it such a joy to interact with them. The location was really sketch for a single female. There were homeless people everywhere I walked and it was a little bit disconcerting when I would do my morning breakfast hunt. If you're traveling alone, you may want to try another part of town!

The hotel is beautiful and clean, but the windows are single paned up against a busy street and it is SO LOUD. I slept terribly even with ear plugs in. Garbage trucks, sirens, loud cars. It sounds like the windows are open. Also, while they advertise a fridge in the room, there was no space inside of it because it was filled with booze, so I had to take it all out to put my food items inside. The bed was comfortable and the shower is nice, but the noise and traffic is a big barrier and I would not stay here again because of it.

Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. It’s a beautifully restored hotel but it is on a busy street. The walls are a bit thin so you hear people coming and going. Good place to stay for a concert at the Rose Garden. They give you a white noise machine to help with the noise :)

This hotel is very beautiful. The design is well-thought out and very trendy. We also enjoyed the cafe downstairs (great lattes and delicious English muffins!). The staff was very professional and friendly. The location is well-connected by public transit BUT there is a homeless shelter directly across the street, so there are many people on the street at all hours. We didn’t realize that until after we checked in. We still felt perfectly safe, but it is something to be aware of.

I don't think the hotel has that.
There is a large, lit (unpatrolled) lot behind the hotel. It looks like anyone can in park in the lot provided they pay at the box (you can pay through the hotel). The sketchy part is the gas station to the south has some characters that loiter all hours of the night. Nothing happened to our vehicle, but I was nervous about it the whole time.
