Rooms were nice and spacious. Steven was great at check in (thanks man!) Angela needs to learn customer service. Suprised how put out she was when I asked for an additional cookie. There were three of us on the reservation, your attitude was horrendous and unacceptable. Management should provide Angela additional training or she should find a new job. Other than her poor attitude the place is nice and I would recommend.

No restroom access without a key, no key because I could not check in yet. Front desk not very professional or friendly. I know people are stressed, short staffed and cranky. COVID and all related issues are not an excuse for poor service, it seems to be the excuse for everything. When this is all over people will rethink loyalty to chains. Bright spot, restaurant staff were great, friendly and good service. Even if the conference is held here again I would likely not stay here again.

Staff is friendly however my room (room 524) had dirty stains on the window curtains, the heating/cooling system has a mind if it’s own…was either too hot or too cold, and when I went to take a shower, I noticed a dirty stain on what was suppose to be a new towel (it was quickly changed upon me telling the staff). Oh and room service is upon request. The hotel otherwise is nice and the food at the restaurant was good.

Terrible service at the check-in desk. Not the best area, hopefully there will be better areas nearby. Older hotel. Has a parking garage, not attached, with no instructions on where it is or how to find it. Paying $27/night for parking, but you park at your own risk. It would have been nice to have someone direct us to where it was and that we’d have to hoof-it back with our luggage.

They charge $27/day while you stay, at that daily rate one would assume you could park there as long as you like.(if you can afford to) the parking structure directly in front of their driveway is $10/day on the weekend. FYI

If you are gold or platinum, you get a credit towards continental breakfast. If you pay something like an extra $5, then it includes hot breakfast (eggs, bacon, etc). This is only if you have honors status.
This is just a fare hotel nothing special and I don't like the area of town
Sorry you misplaced your Designer Blue prescription reading glasses. If I were you I would call the hotel ask for lost and found department and speak to either manager or Assistant manager and see if any one returned your Designer reading glasses. If they do have them tell them to go ahead and shipped to your current address that you have on your profile and ask them to used the card on file. Unless you have a different card or address to send your item to you. Best of luck.
No, breakfast is not free, it’s $21 for the “continental breakfast “ it does however look/smell better than the terrible $35 New York strip I had last night.
A Lyft for me was $20 from the airport.
When I stayed, it was $25 a day for overnight parking.
