Not only was the hotel staff kind and accommodating, they went far above and beyond to correct our situation when we had a small issue with our fridge. They responded within minutes and compensated us for our time. The bikes were darling-- one-gear cruisers that don't go fast, but they were perfect for getting around. (Keep in mind you'll want to call down ahead of time to give the staff time to get them out) The book room is loaded with an extensive library of books to curl up with by the huge fireplace, and the coffee shop is owned and run by the world's most darling female entrepreneur. Chocolate lovers beware! You will not be able to pass it up. Very dog friendly and full of couples and friends who love a peaceful, low key environment. Our new go-to hotel every time we are in Portland

Once a 4 diamond management has slipped to a ghetto level and forgot I was PDX's hotel savant. GM Walsh and supervisor Monjares allow laundry and housekeeping to collect cans and bottles while doing your laundry, preparing your rooms and doing your dishes. Totally unsanitary and totally unsafe, beware fellow citizens.

Came in and planned a suprise stay for my husband for NBA all star weekend when I noted a team of soccer players without masks? After attempting to use bathrooms in the lobby with no tp I was directed upstairs to a bathroom with the same no tp and like downstairs completely unsanitary and smelly! That coupled with the non enforcement of mask mandate I ran out of there! Hardly a 4 diamond hotel, more like Motel 6 on Powell!

Positive: The staff and the linens were excellent. Comfortable bed and nice bath products. Negative: The room was smaller than expected, but it was fine.

An expensive way to provide "free" beer/drinks in the evening and coffee in the lobby in the morning.
Unfortunately, at this time they do not.
Union Station is about 1 mile from the Heathman Hotel. Both are on Broadway.

Their Russian Tea experience is $38 per adult and $16 per child. Includes one choice if loose leaf tea. Reservations must be made 48hrs in advance but they offer the service the majority of the day. They also have several options you can include in the service, like caviar, champagne and cocktails.
I would recommend calling the front desk and talkin to someone there
It can fill up so it would be helpful
Yes there is WiFi for free
