A very interesting old hotel made newer. We had a kitchenette that I thought we might use, but didn't. It was well appointed and very clean. The staff was very helpful, cordial and efficient.

Loved, loved, loved our stay at the Mark Spencer Hotel. The staff are so sweet and helpful if you get a drink at the Rooftop talk to Michael about where to go. The front desk, Tim was so nice, sweet and helpful as well. The location is awesome but the room was spacious and relaxing.

Spacious room. Parking was bit expensive but location calls for it. Service were with smile though building is old, services were good. Elevators could have been larger but it served it's purpose. Over all I enjoyed it. Only qualm I had was that they did not provide in room coffee and tea despite having coffee maker in the room. Being coffee drinker, I missed having one in the room. They did serve coffee in the lobby but needed to purchase.

I never post anything about staying anywhere because well, I don’t like to share my experiences because they have all been mediocre. This one was one of the best hotels I have stayed at with all of my years at staying in a hotel. It is a great location and within walking distance of many businesses! There is parking across the street which was beneficial as the parking garage was not my favorite, but I have never used one of the tiny garages so I of course would need practice so that is all on me! Tim, one of the front desk workers, is the most kind man my friend and I encountered. We arrived late as we are from out of state, and he was more than willing to chat with us and give us some things to do while we visited this time! The coffee shop in the hotel is also great if you like coffee or small breakfast items. The Barista (I unfortunately did not get his name) was very kind and talkative! If you’re looking for a great room for the price, definitely stay here! 10/10 on everything!:)
