We are 10 people living in Vancouver, Canada, will arrive Seattle from cruise trip May, 2019. Is it possible to rent a van for 10 passenger and cross the border and return the van somewhere in Vancouver area? If so, how much it will cost?

We rented our car here and then had it returned in Squamish, BC (which is way north of Vancouver)! It will cost you a few hundred dollars, perhaps even more, but it is possible if you are willing to shell out money for that.
