Despite many negative reviews here on Google, I had a great experience at this branch. The entire check-in process took 10 min max. The car was in great condition, clean, and disinfected—all rental papers and invoices I've received in my email. I use a lot Avis and Hertz a because Enterprise is the most expensive option in downtown Settle, in most cases, but with this service level, it worth it.

Couldn't have asked for better service! Picked up my car within minutes and it was already upgraded without me asking (Thank God because we actually enjoyed the extra space) & upon return the amazing staff member that accepted our return saw a wallet and ran all the way to meet us at the busses to return it. Last time I left my wallet in a rental I never got it back. This to me was the icing on top of my experience with National here in SeaTac!!! Keep up the great work and being a good Samaritan goes well beyond your position. May you be blessed tenfold my dude!!! 🤙🏽

Terrible customer service. Branch manager Richard K Tyler is an example of what's wrong with retail. As a national emerald executive who has rented all over the country this was the very worst experience I've ever had. It was a bizarre interaction when trying to check the vehicle out. I had to politely request that the "Branch Manager" bring his bizarre energy down multiple times. There was no excuse for this interaction and how Richard decided was an okay way to address me. Will never rent from here again and worked with our logistics team at my company to end our long standing relationship with national. Moving forward all of our rentals will be booked with a different rental company over this situation. How you treat people is what sets your business apart Completely inexcusable. Can not understand how this person is any sort of leadership position what so ever. I understand there is a labor shortage but Richard K Tyler should not have a job. I hope the owner at this location takes note and is more hands on with employees here. Additional training is required.

I continue to have wonderful rental experiences with this national location (I rent at least once a week). They recently hired several new employees who are awesome! Alicia T. Is generally the one who helps me (or her manager) and they both been such a joy to see! They always remember me, give me a great car, and recognize my status. I’ll continue to rent here often:)

Return is possible 24hrs .. Park at level b and drop keys in a drop box. This Is applicable for Seattle downtown national car rental.
Yes. National is most flexible that way in terms of pricing.
The rates can vary, and they will generally charge a drop fee for a different return. Also, if you return it to an airport, they usually charge extra. These fees are the same for pretty much all rental companies, but to get exact numbers, go to the website and enter in your pickup, drop off, dates, and car!
Yes, it is inside the parking garage next to the elevator
20 minutes with a Lime bike (5 km distance) or any bus (#24, #33) going down Magnolia Bridge.
If their website is giving issues try via booking websites, such as Priceline
