Currently stuck in the middle of a street because the brake altogether STOPPED functioning in a small town in Oregon. Thank God we were not on a main road. It was terrifying. The check maintenance can on soon after renting the car at this location in Seattle and when stopping by a different location they dismissed it instead of exchanging. Currently no tow has been sent despite us being told one was on its way. The customer service representative said all locations closest to us would not be able to replace the car (one the tow truck finally got here God know when) because they were all closing soon. We took it upon our selves to call the nearest Avis and they are very much open for another 5 hours. We have been waiting and calling back in forth for approx 3 hours. At the end of the day, if the proper maintenance would have been done at this location this could have been prevented.

I have been renting with Paul for almost an year, he's amazing at making sure you're okay with the car! Often he'd go out of his way to make sure that I would be happy driving a car, often giving us a few upgrade whenever it's possible! I would highly recommend Paul! He's definitely short staffed more often than not, but he definitely tries his best!

One star I am giving to the front desk guy. He works quickly, and he is incredible, always helpful. And now the reason I can not give more stars. The first time I rented a car here and got a tremendously dirty vehicle. It was dirty outside and inside, with vomit on the back seat. So I cleaned it by myself because I had plans to use it for more than a week. One-time problem is okay. I can understand all their issues like Covid-related staff shortage or coming long holidays. But when I’ve got a dirty, smelly car for the second time, I realize it’s not a coincidence. Moreover, I read more reviews saying that car was dirty. Not good. This place is one block away from my house, but supposedly I will not use them anymore. SAD

One of the best car rentals that I have used. With corporate rates, renting a car becomes really affordable. I have been renting cars from this location for almost an year now and I never had any bad experience. Cars are super clean and well maintained. Staff is super friendly and address everything. I have even extended cars on phone. Only thing I would like to see is drop off box for car returns so that we can return car without worrying about to come back again for just returning keys.
