My family and I rented a vehicle for a quick mini vacation this past weekend. Initially the car was not to our standard of clean but after returning the vehicle, Cody went over and beyond to make sure we were accommodated for it. We will definitely be renting here again. Great customer service and very professional.

This store is completely LIAR and MONEY ROBBER. I rented a car in March for one day and returned it to another store. I paid all the fees required for different location drop off and drove the car for only 2 hours but they charged me for 10 days($1000+). At first, their argument was I didn’t return the car on time. Then I have the destination store called them to confirm I have returned the car on time, they changed their claim to I never answered their calls. I answered at least 3 calls and called them back more than a couple times. I triple checked if I missed any single call from them but what I found was I did answered all the calls!!! If I didn’t answer your calls, how did you confirmed I have returned the car and billed me for the exact 10 days?????? They insisted on billing me for 10 days but they never sent any additional receipt to me with the extended charge. The only receipt I received was the original bill for one day rental. Then I tried to dispute the charge with Chase but Enterprise somehow managed to send a bill that “I signed” to Chase while I’ve never seen or receive this bill physically or via email at all. Based on the fact that they lied that I never respond to their calls, not sure if the bill was even faked. I saw some similar comments below. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

An international friend of mine recently tried to rent a car from this location and was turned away because they claimed they did not accept debit cards. My friend has a Visa card that is internationally accepted and they still turned it down, even though they are more than able to accept it according to a quick Google search. Do not go to this location.

Dropped off rental. They closed early so did key Dropbox. Truck was vandalized and they charged me $1400. They should remove keydrop if they don't have security or at least warm not to leave overnight.
