Extremely accommodating. They do a great job. I was having problems with my eyes and needed to have them checked out that day. I walked out of there with my problem. Solved and feeling great.

HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE I came early the guy at desk was pleasant then this girl came up to me and stated saying your insurance doesn't cover she was laughing at me and talking about me laughing because it said I'm at a shelter .... Which I am because of horrible trauma and abuse which she don't know I'm there for safety and treatment i came fleeing away from another state. I was treated nice on exam the guy Dr was excellent.the lady that help me after looking at lenses I said I be back. The other mean girl still insist my insurance don't cover frames or lenses.. It turn out I have full coverage I'm in a long term my insurance lady I talking says yes I have full coverage I said I coming when she on the phone with the rude girl who loves to be laughing. I showed after my insurance don't cover she insists I'm not covered says Molina does not and my insurance don't know what their talking . Lone behold if Optometric Rainer sales girl would listen to my insurance agent they would of made a sell. That same day I got to go to another store got me glasses free no copay either. This girl is horrible and a liar I wonder if their business.have any clue how much money and service their losing because of her horrible ethics. I will continue to tell people not to go there because how badly I was turned away when they were wrong and wouldn't even try to help me.

People is nice, and the experience were good. Only reason because I did not do 5 stars was because when you are looking for glasses, an employee is with you the whole time so she/he can unlock the lock, at least I felt a little uncomfortable because I did not have my own time to wear different glasses. Also, where it is located is disgusting, that building stinks. Inside the optician is clean and nice, and the service was good.

This place is awesome. I've gone there for years. I moved out of the area recently, was having eye issues, and they transferred records quickly so my problems could be taken care of. It's this kind of thing, when people are fair and honest that means a lot to me. And generally, I can tell you from the years of being their patient that the office is top notch. The staff is knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Wilbur was very attentive and clearly very good at what he does. Also, he explained my options carefully. Also, Fawzidah is the office manager and she's very attentive, professional and personable

Appointment is suggested at this time. Thank you

Where do they do eye surgery for cataracts? Do they put you to sleep to do the procedure? I really liked to service I received on a Saturday for glasses to be repaired. Looking forward to my appointment in February.
