Bless this Enterprise location! I had an extremely frustrating experience with an insurance-mandated repair shop and ended up having to use a rental for 3 weeks. The team at this location was incredibly sympathetic, speedy, and helpful, unlike the repair place!

Although this is a relatively small location, the service more than makes up for it. Allyson and Tristan were very knowledgeable, personable, and customer focused. They took great care of me and were very understanding. I would definitely rent a vehicle at this location again.

The staff were very helpful, even helping me measure the rental car to see if it would fit in my garage. The car I got was in good condition and very clean. Covid precautions were observed at all times - we never even went inside the office to do business. I was a little disappointed at the pressure to accept extra insurance on the car, but it is what it is - if you rent here, be sure of what your own insurance covers and how hard it is to make a claim so you know in advance what extra insurance you need (if any)

Had a really great experience here! Super nice people. Dropped my Jeep off at the repair shop in Ballard and these guys had a car waiting for me at the shop to pick up directly. Returning the car was easy too. Overall would definitely use this service again (but hopefully I won’t need to)!
