Excellent value, friendly service, and (most importantly) vehicle ran great and was perfect for our needs. I couldn’t be more pleased with this rental experience. Also, the office and pick-up garage were right across the street from the light rail station that runs to/from the airport- SUPER convenient!

Our team is here for a few months of business in Seattle and we have vehicles rented from this location. Annie, Richard, and all the team here have been absolutely incredible in their efforts to assist us. Every interaction we have had with them has been professional and accommodating. It is so rare to have good customer service these days that when you do receive it, you really notice it. The vehicle selection at this location is also very good compared to the smaller locations. As a new visitor to the Seattle area, I would say that this is the best location to rent a vehicle in the downtown Seattle area.

Hi, I work at the enterprise downtown. We have shuttles that will take you to the downtown location from the cruise port to your rental car.

We rented our car here and then had it returned in Squamish, BC (which is way north of Vancouver)! It will cost you a few hundred dollars, perhaps even more, but it is possible if you are willing to shell out money for that.

Yes Enterprise has mini vans that you are able to drive to California.
They will drive you pick up or drop off. They are pretty good about that . If its within a reasonable distance.
