They were very organized on a rather busy 'book buying' day and moved people through efficiently.

Manager with blonde hair was not helpful or considerate, just walked away mid conversation. If you're working in customer service and are a manager, you should not behave that way and just walk away during a conversation. Business hours on website are inaccurate and ended up wasting my time and gas driving 20 minutes each way on a day they were actually closed but the website was wrong. The man working the register was extremely kind and understanding during the confusion and was very helpful though which is why I'm rating it as high as I am.
