I went to CVS pharmacy to inquire if they have a prescription med that is not available at my present pharmacy and my present pharmacy may not be able to get it at the soonest possible time. Michael, one of the pharmacy staff at CVS, took care of everything from calling my original pharmacy up to getting my meds. Excellent customer service. May your tribe increase. Thank you very much🌻

CVS will NEVER get my business again! I know the pharmacy is busy and short staffed, so I waited a full week after my doctor called in a prescription to try to pick it up. When I got to the counter, they said it wasn't filled and would be 30-40 minutes. Which tells me they didn't even TRY to fill the order until I showed up. I told her I would wait. After 30 minutes I got back in line. I was told that they were out of the medication and would probably get some by tomorrow. They knew I was waiting and didn't bother to let me know until I asked. I will be transferring all of my business to a different pharmacy who has better customer service!

For symptoms will be covered by insurance. Not sure if uninsured still covered by fed gov or not. They have paid COVID test for travel, and drive through for those with symptoms
