Michael at Wilsonville Subaru helped me order my Crosstrek and he was amazing! I never felt like he was trying to “up sell” me during the buying process and the prices at Wilsonville were much more fair than the other Subaru dealerships I was looking at. Michael was super friendly and always answered all my questions quickly. I trust him and he did a great job walking me through the buying/financing process. If you want to buy a Subaru in Portland I recommend this dealership and Michael. If you have the time to order one you can get just what you want for a good deal.

As first-time Subaru buyers we were apprehensive about going in to the dealership just because of other previous car-buying experiences. It left a truly awful taste in our mouths. Enter Wilsonville Subaru. We were immediately met with Tom and this interaction would change our view of what a car-buying experience could be. He answered all of our questions without making us feel pressured in any way. After taking an Outback on a test drive we knew this is the car that we wanted. There were a few must-have's that were on our list that didn't come with the standard model and he informed us that with all of the modifications we were seeking, the 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness was the one for us. The only issue was they currently didn't have any in stock. So we reserved one. Tom kept us updated and informed on any movement until our car was delivered. While we crossed the T's and dotted the I's, Tom made us feel welcome and like we were just another part of the Subaru family. He also made sure to play and keep our dog, Buddy, happy while we did the boring stuff. We're so grateful for the experience Tom provided to us while we were there and we look forward to cultivating a lasting relationship with Subaru and with Tom as we grow into the family. Talk to the dealership, their answer was "that are price, if it's less some where else, go there" And yes it was apples to apples supplied a list of features and options to quote on. Just not a fan :(

If it’s a simple oil change appointment online is completely okay!
We encourage an appointment so we can estimate the proper wait time or turn around for the customers vehicle to be finished, but we do not shy away or tell a customer no if they want to come in without an appointment.

If you buy a brand new wrx make sure that you get all weather tires.
Synthetic oil is used only when the manufacture requires that type of oil to be put in the vehicle. Customers can request to have synthetic oil. The benefit to having synthetic oil is with older vehicles where the interval for changing oil is less. It allows the customer to go 6,000 miles between oil changes.
Oil change service comes with changing oil and oil filter, rotating tires, top off all fluids, set tire pressure, reset maintenance light, and performing multi point inspection

We ask you bring the minimum of a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. Proof of residence (example: a bill with your name and address), and proof of income (pay stub or bank statement) are also helpful to bring along.
