I couldn’t be happier with the service Eddie provided today! My pool pump stopped pulling water yesterday and had been running dry for several hours. I called them after hours and Eddie promptly told me he would personally be out the next day to take care of it. He worked tirelessly all day in 100 degree weather, going step by step to make sure all bases were covered and eventually going straight to the vendor for a replacement part so we would not have to wait on warranty timelines. Absolutely exceptional, above and beyond service that you can only get when you work with an outstanding guy like Eddie! Now my pool is working perfectly and we can go back to cooling off with friends and family in the convince of our own home again. As if that weren’t enough he offered to come out tomorrow and make sure everything is still running smoothly.

Excellent partnership through the entire construction process. As with anything, a few small issues at the end and they dealt with them promptly and without issue. Vitaly deeply cares about his customers and wants to help them build a lifetime of memories. In our case, he even brought a birthday cake for our daughter's bday bacause we finished the pool just in time for the big bash! Awesome experience. Thanks PPAS!

We are a little over a year out from our install The internal look lights have been a disaster. Now blink and don’t sync. Since day of completion zero follow up. Day of completion asked about water balancing and dumped chemicals in water without checking for existing water balance. Didn’t mix pool color correctly so we don’t have the blue color we expected with flecks of different colored stone. Instead just looks like concrete. Was asked if I would recommend Vitaly and this outfit. I would not. Zero response to my direct email inquiries as well. Beware. UPDATE - I've seen your response. Vitaly was our builder, did it on behalf of Alex Schenkar and Schenkar Construction. We've coordinated pressure testing with you after we discovered the pool has been leaking. Your response: "It pressure tested fine before" So you are incorrect, you built our pool. I am happy to amend this review if you decide to working with Castle Pool and Spas (Hugo) who you have asked to take over for you, get us to where we should be on a new pool.

We had a great experience with Premier. Vitaliy was great to work with and was always responsive when we had questions. They were very helpful when it came to allowing us to do some of the parts of construction ourselves and issuing credits for the work we did. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a pool that does understand that projects like this can and will have hiccups, and it's the way they handle them that you should look at. Everything was handled professionally, and the project turned out great in the end. Thanks for the great work PPAS!!
