Gardner did a great and recommended job resurfacing my pool. But 8 years later they refused to even look at doing a small job to fix a section where some of their grout had worn. They don’t want to do the small jobs which back up their work

We had Gardner Pools "replaster' our pool in Poway back in 2015. We went with the classic white Pebble fina quartz. It has held up well over the last 4 years. We developed a small rust spot and Gardner came back out. Turned out to be a small piece of re-bar that was causing the problem. They cut a 4" square, removed the offending metal, and patched it. Nearly identical to the surrounding quartz. Chaz was the technician and he was professional, skilled, and efficient. Would highly recommend this company for pool remodeling.

We highly recommend Gardner Pools. After researching and talking to many swimming pool remodel companies, we're glad we chose Gardner Pools. They did an excellent job on our swimming pool and spa remodel. The tile and Bella Blue quartz are beautful. They have excellent customer service are courteous and answer all concerns and questions in a timely manner. Our pool guy was very impressed and said he will be recomending Gardner pools to his customers. Looking forward to summertime swimming pool fun!

From the initial visit by my Sales Rep Tom to the Project Manager Karla and of course the Start Up guy Chris, working with Gardner has has been a great experience. I needed to cancel about 6 of my appointments during the project because of conflicts with the other contractors working on my yard, they accommodated all my changes quickly and efficiently. My Spa remodel looks great and everything is working perfect.

Hi Rhoda, sorry for the late reply. We don't monitor this feed. Yes, it is possible. The drainage holes need to be done correctly or your pool may pop out of the ground during a heavy rain. Also, be careful - a big, empty hole in the ground can be a safety hazard. As far as reconverting to a pool, that will depend on how much you may impact the shell integrity, jets, returns, etc. while using it for "some other purpose".
Yes we do
