Good luck getting them to contact you! I have reached out for a month and the only messages I get from them are emails telling me how busy they are and that someone will reach out to me .... tick tock ... nothing happens. If this is the "timely" response you get from this company, it would probably take 3 years to build a pool. I am choosing to work with a company that has phone lines with the ability to make outbound calls and an understanding of the phrase CUSTOMER SERVICE - hard pass on this company.

They used to be good but have really gone downhill. Save yourself some money and get a pool testing kit, chemicals, and a pool scrubber if you want things done properly.

I don’t recommend this company. Their service department is unresponsive and their weekly service is very inconsistent. I was using their chemical and it was inconsistent and they rarely recorded what was actually done. They let algae grow in my pool and it took several phones to get them to respond. Hence I’m looking for a reputable company that does what it advertises. Geremia doesn’t.

I’ve been getting my pool serviced by geremia pools for over a year now and I’m very happy with them. My pool is consistently clean and clear. Everyone that we’ve interacted with there is very professional. Marc has been very responsive anytime we’ve needed anything. Great value, you get more than your money’s worth from Geremia pools. Highly recommend
