Took my car there 3 times because of convenience. They were close and were willing to do the work. Customer service was good but that is it. This place charges way too much for labor( $115) which is what you would pay if you went to a dealership a d their work is horrible. They put a power steering pump in took them 2 days to day 3 hours of work. When I picked up the car I had the very same proble. That I dropped it off with got it fixed somewhere else to save time then it went out a month later and they expected me to pay for the repair on their work that was done wrong. So I had to pay an additional 2 hours of labor at $115 for them to fix their work car sat in the shop for 5 days to do 5 hours of labor. I had diagnostic done while it was there for leaks but AGAIN I paid for the diagnostic and the work but my car is still leaking 3 days later. DO NOT use these guys. There customer service is good but the work quality is horrible for the low quality work they do..trust me save yourself some time and go somewhere else or the dealership for what you are going to pay here.

I love going to Northstar. The staff were so attentive, kind, and patient and answered all the questions I had. They helped me figure out what was wrong with my BMW and replaced it. It is working wonderfully. If you want good quality service that feels like you are working with people you know, and can trust, I highly recommend going to Northstar for any of your car needs! I go to them for all of my cars, and I have always left well taken care of and a happy customer!

The price they charged for the oil was outrages $10 per quart other places charge $4 per quart, Stated they checked the air filter and it was very dirty and need to be changed. DO NOT use them to change your oil as they are a rip off. My employee to our caompa y truck there to have the oil changed. This is true. I can post a pic of the Receipt if you prefer.
