Liars and thieves. I was lied about the site I was put in. Told I would be in a smaller site given that my unit is 18’. Checked in, wasn’t given a receipt. Found out later from my credit card they charged me for their giant spots, which is $20 more. When I called to ask I was told they were out of smaller sites (I’m confused about why they didn’t tell me this on check in), was lied to about who took my initial reservation where I requested a smaller site (Marc said it was him but it was a woman I spoke with), and then hung up on by Marc when I corrected him. I don’t advise staying here. It’s a glorified parking lot run by rude, untrustworthy liars.

Nice place. IMPORTANT Person running this website, Kevin Johnson, is NOT affiliated with actual management of this park and you should not deal with this jerk at all. He is only renting spaces and homes.

Buyer's beware of purchasing in here. See photos here and on YELP showing documents from City of Hemet / Code Ordinances. Dangerous electric problems that riddle the entire development and is becoming costly to owners for damage to their equipment and rv's. A lot of people are trying to sell their park models for the new owners to be left dealing with the repercussions. The BOD's enforce Rules for some, exceptions for themselves and their friends. The resort is supposed to be pet friendly but yet residents must take their pets outside the resort which is not safe. Theft is also a BIG issue. One resident sold their unit and a month later after the new owner moved in, it's up for sale again after he got notice from City. The ACC Chairperson, Tom Simms and the BOD Pres., approved a Park Model to be brought in, only until the owner found out from the City that it was in violation of City Ordinance. Per City Ordinance - any lot under 35 feet wide CAN only have an 8 foot wide maximum RV / Park Model. NO Pop-outs. This could have cost the owner tens of thousands of dollars. Mountain Shadows is under currently under inspections and has been for over 1 1/2 years.

If you own the lot then you should have recieved notice in the mail where to mail pymt. If renting, then owner recieved it most likley.
Not to my knowledge
The rent varies from lot to lot. But, we are renters and we pay $500/mo. Water, trash, cable and internet are included all we pay is electric.
I don't work there but I'm pretty sure they will have a spot for someone new, look them up and give them a call, good luck.
Im not sure my mom lives here but does not know many residents sorry I couldn't be more help
