The great reviews is what brought us in, however, it was a disappointing visit. For starters I watched the server pick up a straw from the floor and put it back in her apron with no gloves. The "chicken fried steak" is not like the traditional; it's just a piece of over cooked steak with gravy (no breading) the hashbrowns were soggy and salty. The ham steak is not worth the money. The scrambled eggs are runny. I will say the biscuits and gravy were pretty good, the biscuits are fluffy and the gravy is on the think side. Overall, I don't think we'll ever go back.

Well I’ll tell you what. This place is the bees knees! Not only are they the best breakfast/lunch place in town, they also have the nicest people who work there. I’ve been coming to pops for several years now and there still hasn’t been a contender! And I just gotta let you in on a little secret. If you are a cheese connoisseur such as myself, they have the ultimate sandwich. It’s an inside out grilled cheese, and it is to die for. You can get just about anything put in your grilled cheese. I’m gonna let these pictures speak for themselves. The cheese skirt is absolutely ✨ immaculate ✨
