We happen to be the first ones in the store so there was no lines. Which was awesome the lady that helped us was very helpful and patient and answered all of her questions. It was a great experience.

On Sunday 4/24/2022 I visited the AT&T store at 10:00 am and was greeted by a young lady at the door , I told her my problem and she seated me at a table and in 10 minutes she took care of my billing problems, she done an excellent job, give her a raise ☝️

Our experience here was perfect! We had stopped at the AT&T store on Stratford yesterday and the two sales associates did not seem to want to help us and we could sense that the moment we walked in. We looked at the phone my little brother was ready to upgrade too but again the sales associates didn’t seem like they wanted to help with the process so we left and came to this store. The moment we walked in a gentleman came over to assist us and was extremely polite and friendly. We already knew what we wanted to do so we let him know and he got started with the process of upgrading my little brothers phone. After having a conversation with him I decided I wanted to upgrade too and we even decided to add my mom to our plan and get her a new phone. Thank you for the great customer service! 😊

We usually have enough stock of all the newest iPhone devices and make it easy for you to buy online and pick up in the store.
Masks and social distancing required. May have to wait in line outside for a few minutes before getting checked in if it is partially busy.
If you go to a corporate store and explain your situation they will help you activate a sim card in a replacement phone. They may refuse to activate a sim card by itself, or give you a non activated sim card.
