I was helped by Josh and Zee. They both made sure I had everything and put my screen protectors on for me. Their customer service skills are great, kept the conversation going! Loved my experience!

Lousy service! They have a registration system, but they themselves don’t respect that, people keep cutting in and the clerks just ignore the registration queue. Even worse, the clerks are not in the mode of helping people. The staff worked on my case just showing “not my fault, call AT&T...”, ARE YOU PART OF AT&T? The store manger behaves similar, that’s how the store is a low performer. I later went to the one on Hillsdale, much better. Avoid this one if you don’t want to waste your time!

Slow service. I guess there wasn’t enough qualified employees to handle the customers. I did talk to someone who I guess wasn’t qualified enough to help me with an upgrade. so there were three or four people in line waiting including me. They all seemed to be helping one customer on a sale I’m guessing. And instead of the so called qualified employee getting the sale done, she’s chatting with him about personal stuff. Just seemed like they didn’t want to help the colored people in the store. They need more people who can actually help and not just ask what you need and direct you to someone else.

This store is the best AT&T I have been to. When I first opened up my account with AT&T Mostafa was the associate that helped me get started he was very quick about opening an account. I thought It would take a long time due to seeing some people waiting but he was able to get me the phone I wanted and he was also able to get me a discount on my phone bill through my employer benefits I didn't even know I was eligible to get. If you come by here be sure to ask for him he's very helpful and polite.
